The firm is led by Dr. Iati Iati (PhD), a political scientist with extensive academic and applied experience. Dr. Iati spent eight years as a Lecturer and Senior Lecturer in Politics at the University of Otago, and since 2019 has served as a Senior Lecturer in the Politics and International Relations Programme at Victoria University of Wellington, as well as a Pacific Security Fellow at the Centre for Strategic Studies.
Dr. Iati has contributed to a wide range of consultancy and research projects, including governance and leadership evaluations, customary land commercialisation studies, civil society assessments, and seminars for public officials on Pacific geopolitics and security.
Our team brings strong capability in policy research, analytical reporting, and information and technology, ensuring clients receive rigorous analysis and practical recommendations they can act on.

DIRECTOR DR. IATI IATI
Dr. Iati has over 16 years of distinguished expertise in Pacific geopolitics and international relations, combining academic teaching, research and publications with consultancy work.
He was a senior lecturer at Otago University before taking up his current role as Senior Lecturer at the Politics and International Relations Programme at Victoria University of Wellington, and Pacific Security Fellow at the Centre for Strategic Studies.
He has co-authored and edited publications such as "New Zealand and the World", "The China Alternative" and "China in Oceania". His work approach consists of analysing current events through a methodical and unbiased perspective.
